Indicate in the observations of the order the name you want to embroider, maximum 15 characters,  ideally between 6 and 9 letters, please note that the size of the letter is reduced as more characters you ask for. Example: is better Maeve Rose s than Maeve Rosaleen.

 If you want a bouquet with more roses for example 10 roses, in the next step you can add 2 more additional roses or the amount you want to complete your desired bouquet 

 This product is made to order, therefore, you must place your order before 15 PM the day before delivery. If we need to postpone the delivery date to be able to make the embroider, you will be informed by Email.

 It is important that you make sure you write the name correctly, we embroider it as you write it in the observations and it is not possible to change it once your order is accepted or you can not desist of the article once the embroidery has started.

The preparation for the embroidery is manual and can show small imperfections, inaccurate centering or a slight inclination, this is normal in personalized products and you are informed so that you are aware before placing your order, refunds of personalized products are not allowed.
