Observations about my First Pink Elephant

Indicate in the observations section of the order the name you want to print, maximum 15 characters, ideally between 6 and 9 letters, please note that the size of the letter is reduced the more characters you add. Example: is better Maeve Rose than Maeve Rosaleen.

This product is made once the order has been placed, therefore, you must place your order before 15:00 pm the day before the delivery date. If we need to postpone the delivery date to be able to embroider your gift, you will be informed by Email.

It is important that you make sure you write the name correctly, we embroider it as you write it in the observations and it is not possible to change it once your order is accepted or you cannot desist of the article once the embroidery has started.

The preparation for the embroidery is manual and can show small imperfections, inaccurate centering or a slight inclination, this is normal in personalised products and you are informed so that you are aware before placing your order that refunds of personalized products are not allowed.
