🎨 Colours & daily availability
We don’t receive all tulip colours every day. Your bouquet will be crafted with the tones available on the day. If you have a colour preference, add it in Notes. For an exact colour mix, please order 5+ days in advance and specify it in Notes.
💧 Hydration & special care
Tulips need abundant, constant hydration—even during transport. That’s why at teleROSA we prepare these bouquets with a cellophane water wrap that keeps them fresh and helps prevent bending.
If you choose to keep the bouquet as received, please pour two glasses of water over the top of the wrapping as soon as you receive it; this will be enough to ensure the bouquet stays properly hydrated. We add only the amount of water necessary for transport, as adding more would cause spillage. You may also remove the wrapping, trim the stem ends (about 1 cm), and place the bouquet in a vase with plenty of water, making sure the flowers are well supported near the heads to prevent the stems from bending..

The tracking photos we send are real, unedited images of your bouquet. They show the authenticity of our florists’ work and, in person, the bouquet often looks even more beautiful. Our bouquets are round arrangements, so a single photo won’t capture all the stems. The colour mix may vary with market availability, but we always guarantee the selected stem count (25/35/50) and the bouquet’s freshness.
