🎨 Colors and Availability

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, the color composition of the delivered bouquet will not exactly match the photograph shown. We craft each Tagore with the freshest tulips available each morning to ensure perfect harmony.

Should you require a specific color combination, please place your order 3 to 5 days in advance and clearly state your preferences in the "Observations" field. Our workshop will do its utmost to accommodate your request or will contact you via email if the requested colors are unavailable in the market.

1. How do I care for my tulips upon arrival?

They travel hydrated in a leak-proof wrap. For their care, you have two options, though we recommend the first to ensure the flowers last as long as possible. In both cases, place the bouquet in a cool, well-lit area, avoiding direct sunlight:

Option A (Recommended): Remove the travel packaging, trim the stems diagonally by approximately 1 cm, and place them in the included glass vase with clean water filled nearly to the middle. Ensure the stems are well-supported near the flower heads, as tulips are top-heavy and may droop without support.
Option B (Most convenient): Keep the original wrapping as received and pour three glasses of water through the top immediately upon arrival. Thereafter, adding one glass of water every two days will suffice to maintain hydration.

2. Will I receive a photo of the actual bouquet?

Yes. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a control photo taken in our workshop. This is a real image, without filters or studio lighting. As these are round arrangements, a single frontal photo cannot capture every stem; the bouquet is always far more impressive in person.

3. Will the bouquet be exactly like the photo on the website?

No two bouquets are identical, as each order is a unique artisanal piece prepared on demand. While we faithfully respect the style and quantity of flowers shown, the wrapping and its patterns vary as we continuously update our collections. Furthermore, we use waterproof materials (plastic or metallic) to maintain the hydration system that tulips require. Although teleROSA prioritizes recycled paper for other arrangements, water is vital here to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. In any case, the final presentation will always maintain the elegance of our Gold range.
