Payment methods

Credit Card:

When confirming the order, if you select this option, you will be readdressed to our safe bank website page (ING DIRECT - REDSYS), who will require your credit card details. This is definitely the safest way to pay online, because neither us nor third parties will have access to your credit card information. The Bank confirms us the collection once this is fulfilled.

We only accept payments by American Express card, selecting the option "PayPal payment"

Nevertheless, depending on your card, you may need a Special Pin for online purchases (this is not the code used in the cashier). If you do not know your pin, the pay will fail and then, you'll have to reopen our TELEROSA website, where you can pay using your card by telephone, Paypal, bank transfer or account deposit.

If you're not able to pay using your card, you should talk to your bank for future occasions. They will give you the special Pin for online purchases.

However, for this occasion, you can use an altérnate form of payment.

The carge on your credit card will appear as "T.SPAIN", the shortened form of "TELEROSA SPAIN S.L.". We do this because of your confidentiality.

By bank transfer or account deposit.

If you select the payment by bank transfer, we will provide you with several account numbers of TELEROSA, so that you can choose any of them and make the bank transfer or the payment by cashier. We will also give you the number of the order that you have to write on the "Notes on the Payment Method".

For using this payment method, you should place your order in advance, because the preparation of your order won't start until we receive the income.

If you have a bank account in any of the Banks we provide you, you can make the deposit at a branch office, and we will receive it immediately.

You can also make a bank transfer from abroad, but keep in mind that it will probably take some days until we get the money, and we couldn't activate your order until we receive it.

Once your bank transfer or account deposit is made, you can send us the voucher to info@telerosa.com or to the fax mail 952 363 464 and we will speed the preparation of your order.

Keep in mind that if you make the bank transfer from another bank before 14h, we will receive it on the following working day, and if you make it after 14h, it will take two days to arrive.
