- We send an SMS message to who should receive your flowers with the text: "We have a GIFT to give to you today, but due to logistical issues will deliver it on XX / XX / 20XX in the morning at your home address. Senders: A family member or friend "
- We personalize your gift with the date he/she should have received
- The flowers would be delivered later but personalized with the correct date and you get in good as we inform that you had placed the order of the flowers in time.
 
(The SMS message is received from “TR GIFTS" and there is no phone to contact us so we keep the surprise because the recipient don´t know even you are sending flowers or who are sending it)
 
If you decide to take advantage of the offer, you have to place your order with the proposed date, but later , in observations, you should indicate us: Personalize with Date: xx / xx / 20xx
